Any cancellation, late-arrival, no-show, deposit, or payment policies communicated during booking or patient registration also apply to your appointment.

5. SMS Terms and Conditions

Providing SMS consent is completely voluntary and is not required to submit an appointment request, schedule an appointment, receive healthcare services, or complete any transaction with AcuHerb Studio. Patients may leave the SMS consent checkbox unchecked and still submit the appointment form.

Patients who choose not to receive SMS messages may still communicate with AcuHerb Studio and receive healthcare services through telephone calls, email, or in-person communication.

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile phone number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to receive SMS messages at that number. You agree to notify AcuHerb Studio promptly if your mobile phone number changes or is reassigned.
